Turkey & Spinach Tikka

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes



  • 400g diced leftover turkey
  • 2 blocks frozen spinach
  • 1 jar Sharwood’s 30% less fat tikka masala sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander

(Serves 4)



  1. In a suitable saucepan with a fitting lid, add the sauce, turkey and spinach.
  2. Bring to a boil, place the lid and gently simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Ensure the turkey is piping hot before serving.
  4. Serve and garnish with chopped coriander.
