Cooking time: 15 minutes
- 400g diced leftover turkey
- 2 blocks frozen spinach
- 1 jar Sharwood’s 30% less fat tikka masala sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- In a suitable saucepan with a fitting lid, add the sauce, turkey and spinach.
- Bring to a boil, place the lid and gently simmer for 15 minutes.
- Ensure the turkey is piping hot before serving.
- Serve and garnish with chopped coriander.
